We designed this solution at DevFortress for busy teams and professionals who need a smarter way to track participation and capture discussions. Whether it’s a recurring team sync or a one-off client meeting, this tool offers a structured way to document key moments and share them with clarity and consistency without interrupting the natural flow of conversation.
THE CHALLENGE
Managing attendance and meeting notes manually often leads to errors, lost context, or wasted time post-meeting. Our challenge was to automate this process without requiring users to learn something new or change how they work. The solution had to feel lightweight, reliable, and instantly useful for both hosts and attendees.

SOLUTION & RESULTS

Using React for the frontend and Express with MongoDB for the backend, we developed an intuitive tool that automatically tracks attendance and allows for easy, structured note-taking during the call. Attendees can check themselves in with a single click, and hosts can assign notes or jot down highlights for each participant. Notes and attendance logs are compiled and made shareable through a link, or exported for later use. The result is a tool that improves productivity, documentation, and meeting clarity all without leaving Google Meet.
